STYLE/TASTE
Savoury, fleshy and textural, with ripe melons, stone fruits and spice. The palate is rich and powerful but fresh and vibrant.

VINEYARD
Summertown, Adelaide Hills. Perched high up behind Mount Lofty at 540m above sea level on a North-East facing slope. Vines are 30 Years old. Organic Farming.
WINEMAKING
Hand picked and whole bunch pressed to the tank. Left to settle before transferring to seasoned old french oak barrels for fermentation. Lees stirred once weekly over an 8 week period then left to settle for a further 10 months in barrel before being bottled.
Wine analysis: Alc: 12.3% / pH: 3.21 / TA: 6.6g/L
