Ada Wine Co is the passion project of James Ellis and his wife Sherrie who set out to emphasize the beauty and diversity across South Australia's various wine growing regions. We believe strongly in the value of organic farming and take a meticulous approach in the winery to deliver hand crafted wines that speak of the places in which they are grown.
