Ada, short for “Adelaide” Wine Co. was born in 2018 after various vintages spent in cellars around Australia, and a longing to create truly expressive wines that we love drinking ourselves, and so here we are doing just that!

We love making delicious wine from varieties grown in regions across South Australia. The wines are intended to be pure expressions of the sites from which they are sourced. We are still very small in terms of production but our wines are made with love and a burning passion that we hope comes across in the final product.
