2024 Celui Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir NEW RELEASE

Named in honour of my wife Sherrie, "Celui" is French for "the one", enough said! The vineyard this wine is sourced from sits in Forreston, in the Adelaide Hills. The vines were planted in the mid 90's and the vineyard is organically certified. The fruit for this wine is all MV6 clone and has 20% new oak and 40% whole bunches included in the final blend. 

Tasting Note

This wine is dark in the glass with notes of sour cherries, pomegranate, forest undergrowth and spicey charry oak. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with fine tannins and bright, fresh acid.
