STYLE/TASTE
Savoury, dark and textural, with notes of blue fruits, blackberry's and olive tapenade . The palate is rich and powerful but fresh and vibrant with powerful fine boned tannins.

VINEYARD
Blewitt Springs , McLaren Vale.
WINEMAKING
Fruit was picked and fermented as 100% whole bunches. The ferment was left then left on skins for 4 weeks to extract beautiful fine tannins and incredible aromatics. Basket pressed and left to settle in barrel for 10 months before bottling.
