WINEMAKING

Barossa Grenache was 100 % destem and on skins for 2 weeks 
McLaren Vale Grenache was 30% whole bunch and on skins for 5 weeks 
Pinot Noir was 100% whole bunch and on skins for 4 weeks 
All batches were kept in season French oak barriques for 6 months and racked once to tank before bottling.
