STYLE/TASTE
Savoury, fleshy and textural, with notes of sour cherry, raspberry and old spice cupboard. The palate is rich and powerful but fresh and vibrant with fine boned tannins.

WINEMAKING
Fruit was picked and 95% destemmed, we retained 5% as whole bunches. The ferment was left then left on skins for an extended period of 90 days to extract beautiful fine tannins and incredible aromatics. Basket pressed and left to settle in barrel for 10 months before bottling.
